The truck was very dirty inside. It’s all about presentation for me and this was definitely a poor presentation for UHaul

the website showed it having an open trailer on the lot. There was none.
BEN MHard to see where lock box was and basically sitting in the middle of nowhere
Joni BDid not know how heavy the hitch was. Could not lift it up on the ball on my SUV. No help was offered. I had to ask for help. They were closed on the day we returned it. My wife and I could not lift it off the ball. Called u-haul support and they were useless. He kept telling me to check to the app to see if it was open or if it had after hours check in. Frustrating when he tried to transfer me to road side assistance call dropped. I end up having to use some bricks, wood, and my car jack to get it off.
SAMUEL RThey were great with the truck drop off. They guided me through the best they could letting me know that the location i picked up the truck at shouldn’t have trucks cause they’re not doing it correctly.
