We had a 6x12 trailer reserved in Chester s.c.for wed.Jan.28 res. no 15419284 at noontime place was closed.Called the number the guy said someone should be there they open at 10 am the guy said he would call me back but never did.we sit there for a hour we tried calling him back would not answer the phone.As we where sitting there a truck hooked up to the trailer we where supposed to get and drove off.I called u haul and they called Rockhill and we had to go 50 miles out of our way to get a trailer.New Furniture Factory LLC in Rockhill done a great job with the rental.Donaldrene PropertyLLC in Chester s.c did not.With the screw up it put us late for our pickup.

The address provided to me was not the location I returned the truck to. The address provided was to a garage. I had to stop at a gas station to find the closest dealer. While we could see the trucks in a parking lot there was no clear signage to the office.
