We reserved the trailer at another location and were never told where to pick it up prior to going to pick it up. It made us late and was extremely frustrating. We were also not called.
shawn cI did not return the equipment dirty. Front can and back of truck were clean. I was charged 25.00 cleaning fee that was not warranted. I also put 35.00 in fuel in to bring the truck back to full and traveled right at 30 miles.
MARK PIt was great, truck was ready at the time we went to pick it up. The owner was super nice and very professional.
