The drop off location was excellent. The people were beyond helpful, helping me with the trailer, unloading my car and the return of the truck. I would absolutely recommend this place for pick up and drop off of U-Haul equipment and U-Haul trucks.!

Michelle TEasy lot access in and out. Obvious it was a U-Haul location. Obvious where the trailer needed to be dropped off, especially helpful since I dropped it off after hours.
Jake SHad nothing to do with the kind folks at Rock Springs Auto Repair! IT WAS ALL U-HAUL THAT MADE THIS PARTICULAR EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE. ON TOP OF THEIR POOR SERVICE, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. WHEN THEY ASK FOR A CARD FOR A “ON FILE” ONLY PURPOSE. ITS NOT FOR THAT!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU AGAIN!
DALTON CTruck was a piece of crap. Starter didn’t engage most of the time. Had to crank several times to start it. The suspension was terrible. I only needed it in town. There’s no way I would take it on the highway. Both times I reserved a truck I was called and asked to switch locations. Not sure why.
