I really can't rate anything at this site since they were closed when I exchanged the trailer that the wheel bearing went out on with the next toy hauler.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat, friendly people to work with
raina mThe only reason I don't give this a 5 star rating is because I was only given enough miles to get to my move in location. No more. But the closest Uhaul turn in location was almost 50 miles away. I was charged so much extra because I went "over mileage" when I couldn't have avoided that even if I wanted to. I don't think that was very fair, or honest on Uhaul's part.
Jet WThe drop off location was excellent. The people were beyond helpful, helping me with the trailer, unloading my car and the return of the truck. I would absolutely recommend this place for pick up and drop off of U-Haul equipment and U-Haul trucks.!
William PJay was very nice, clear and welcoming. Great experience!
