Had nothing to do with the kind folks at Rock Springs Auto Repair! IT WAS ALL U-HAUL THAT MADE THIS PARTICULAR EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE. ON TOP OF THEIR POOR SERVICE, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. WHEN THEY ASK FOR A CARD FOR A “ON FILE” ONLY PURPOSE. ITS NOT FOR THAT!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU AGAIN!

Truck was a piece of crap. Starter didn’t engage most of the time. Had to crank several times to start it. The suspension was terrible. I only needed it in town. There’s no way I would take it on the highway. Both times I reserved a truck I was called and asked to switch locations. Not sure why.

cathleen wWe reserved the trailer at another location and were never told where to pick it up prior to going to pick it up. It made us late and was extremely frustrating. We were also not called.
shawn cI did not return the equipment dirty. Front can and back of truck were clean. I was charged 25.00 cleaning fee that was not warranted. I also put 35.00 in fuel in to bring the truck back to full and traveled right at 30 miles.
