This was a very bad experience. System took 2 hrs. I parked my vehicle and left with the uhaul. 4 hours later I arrive back early to return the uhahul and my personal vehicle was towed. $260 to recover my personal vehicle that was reported as a stolen car. At your self service ubaul pick up location.
