Make sure the tires are all filled. And the extra are there
Jennifer KApp did not work well. It kept sending me back to the same screens to fill out the same information I had already entered multiple times. I was not adequately informed beforehand that this was a mobile pick up location either and when I called customer service the first person I spoke to wasn't aware it was a mobile pick up location either. Truck cab was full of dog hair as well.
Curtis PUHAUL was only had a quarter tank of gas.
Edward MThere is no indication that the place is a u-haul drop off. It’s a gas station with a key drop off. But you don’t know that unless you go behind the building. There should be a sign.
