This will be the last time I ever use U-Haul. I reserved a truck over a month ago just to be told you couldn’t get the truck or trailer where I reserved it hours before I was supposed to pick it up. My only solution was to drive over an hour one way to get the truck then an hour and a half to from there to get the trailer. Do you realize how much money I spent on gas in that giant truck doing that? Then I tell them I want to drop the truck off at the location nearest where I’m heading. Somehow in the app it got switched to 45 minutes away and the closest U-Haul place had to have me wait on hold with CS to get that changed. With the amount of time I spent on the phone with your teams for both the drop off and pick up and the time and gas money I had to spend I should really be sending you a bill. Maybe the operations team and marketing team should get together and say we need trucks in these states and we have too many in these states let’s promote half off U-Haul rentals to get people to move our trucks for us so we don’t screw the rest of the customers
