I didn’t use all my estimated mileage that I prepaid for and they never refunded me the difference.
DEVIN BI wasn't given the option of not paying for coverage. You automatically have to travel 10 miles to get it because its so far away from everything. I had to use a 15footer the day before, that came out 30 dollars cheaper than using this locations 10 footer.

Maira AThis will be the last time I ever use U-Haul. I reserved a truck over a month ago just to be told you couldn’t get the truck or trailer where I reserved it hours before I was supposed to pick it up. My only solution was to drive over an hour one way to get the truck then an hour and a half to from there to get the trailer. Do you realize how much money I spent on gas in that giant truck doing that? Then I tell them I want to drop the truck off at the location nearest where I’m heading. Somehow in the app it got switched to 45 minutes away and the closest U-Haul place had to have me wait on hold with CS to get that changed. With the amount of time I spent on the phone with your teams for both the drop off and pick up and the time and gas money I had to spend I should really be sending you a bill. Maybe the operations team and marketing team should get together and say we need trucks in these states and we have too many in these states let’s promote half off U-Haul rentals to get people to move our trucks for us so we don’t screw the rest of the customers
