There was no dolly and I paid for a dolly. The. There wasn’t anybody working at the location to assist me in and it took over 2 hours to even get the UHaul because I couldn’t get the keys so I had to redo my entire reservation and be delayed over 2 hours plus unpaid for products I didn’t even receive. It was a terrible experience
Alexis GI signed up for mobile entry and it told me that I had to use assistant- however there was not anyone who could help. Then after I called they switched it to mobile pick up. Then there was a truck parked in front of mine so I had to call again, and wound up having to move the other truck, then move mine, then put the other truck back. All of this made me late to meet my movers.
