Uhaul changed my original pick-up location that I requested, to this location. I was NOT told this was a 24/7 site and that there is NO ONE available at the site. I called the number that was on my confirmation the day before and I thought the person who answered was very rude. It was not my fault that the phone number on the website was his number. He basically kept saying, that's not my job to "help". I had difficulty getting logged into the app at the location and he ended up stopping by. I found it not professional that he said he has never used the uhaul app? He called the area supervisor for help and was finally on my way. I now need to ensure that the uhaul scheduler does NOT send me to his location for a pick-up.

Wasn’t able to get the keys for over an hour past my pickup time. This is u-haul’s fault. And the truck didn’t have the blankets I paid for.
GRACE CWhy did I receive an email confirming my reservation at one facility, but then texted a different location for pick up. It was confusing to say the least. All in all, it ended up working out. Plus, the gas situation was not fully understood.
