The employees were very rude and disrespectful, they acted like it was a brother for them. Location was extremely difficult to find and parking was tricky to maneuver truck around without hitting some old junk car. I have used U-Haul several times in the past and this was the first bad experience that I have experienced.

No one was there when the app wouldn’t work. A dog lunged at me. And the uhaul was parked amongst so many trashed vehicles and was difficult to get out of the parking lot.
