Disaster. I already filed a complaint online so I won’t be typing it all out here. If they don’t compensate me I will never be using U-Haul again.

I say yes because it is a good location. The van was not very clean. I tried multiple times calling the listed phone number to the location but nobody answered. The return process was stressful, as I had to contact U-Haul twice to be reassured it was ok just to turn in the key to the store attendant without a receipt. Suggest you provide more training on customer service to explain that it may take up to 48 hours to receive a return confirmation receipt.
Arleen PThey added a $30 insurance charge despite me saying that I didn't want insurance multiple times. When I told them, it became a huge issue to remove and it still has not been refunded
