Customer Service was very good but taillights didn’t work in the truck and there was black mold growing on the seat and red sticky goop all over the floor and inside the cupholders.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location of pickup was changed. My entire order was changed. I asked for 1 day but was charged 2. I didn’t for insurance but it was added. I asked for a dolly but one I got there was told they didn’t have one. Personnel was great but the experience was not.
Terry AI dropped at this location at about 9:45 am and there was no mention of additional charge for a day. The location did not open until 9:00am and the email receipt reflects an hour later (10:48am). I was charged a whole day for a couple hours over the 7:30am drop time (which the location did not open until 9am). No one mentioned dropping after business hours or any other explanation for drop off from either the pickup or drop location. Very poor customer service from both places in my opinion.

Brooklyn GThe truck we requested from the local U-Haul location was moved to Amani motors. The truck did not contain any of the additional moving materials we had requested, and no proactive notification was sent. We spent significant time trying to find a U-Haul location that had the requested materials (pads, appliance dolly, hand truck) and none were available. We had to rent them from and return them to Home Depot. I will do everything within my power to never rent or say anything good about your company!!!!!!!!
