The trailer worked great It was NOT clean on the outside, but was good enough on the inside that I didn't hesitate to put my furniture in. I had planned my route from my start to finish and this was not my original pick up location. I also was not sure of my arrival time and the location I picked was because of their opened times were more flexible. I was going to Roanoke Rapids and if I was sure I could have been there 2, I would picked up there instead. UHaul changed this on me and forced me to make my arrival more precise. I was not pleased with this change at the last minute.
