U-Haul is good for several reasons but consideration needs to be taken about changing the return policy. Why schedule a return when the facility is closed? It should be returned the next business day so someone is available to assist you if needed.
tracy aIt should be your responsibility to take exit photos, not mine. I could not figure out the photo stuff when leaving. Your app was confusing and I never saw a contract until I returned the trailer. If anything happened I could deny ever renting it and leave it on the side of the road. It's not a contract unless both parties sign. Neither one of us did.
