The service was excellent. The representative explained the procedure well and made the pick-up experience less stressful; however, the vehicle had absolutely no gas in it (not his fault). I literally had to put gas in the unit immediately before leaving.

Patrick NReturn location was hard to find. Paperwork said sunshine food mart but there wasn’t one, had to ask around and return location was a BP gas station with no visible signs. They had no way of printing return paperwork. But the gentleman was very helpful and courteous.
