Return location was hard to find. Paperwork said sunshine food mart but there wasn’t one, had to ask around and return location was a BP gas station with no visible signs. They had no way of printing return paperwork. But the gentleman was very helpful and courteous.
Melissa WThe store where we picked up the UHaul was great calling UHaul was not. My son originally had a reservation and when he attempted to pick up the moving truck he was told there was an issue and he was somehow linked to someone named Jordan R. Apparently this Jordan R owed UHaul $185.00. This is someone who we have no relationship with and have never heard of. When he called UHaul customer service he was told that the only way he could get a rental was to settle with UHaul for $95.00. It is beyond words that UHaul would attempt to charge someone for debt that is not theirs. The customer service representative that he spoke to told him that there was nothing that they could do and could not tell him why he was somehow linked to this person and offered no alternative other than to pay the debt. This is angers me to my core and find that the customer service that should have been provided was not. Needless to say I rented a truck to get them moved and will never use UHaul again because of this experience. Some serious reviews in your policy need to be reviewed and changed.

Everett OThe truck I registered 15 ft wasn’t held for my time request. They gave it to a walk in customer. I left the store then received a call to come back and they could give me a larger size 20 ft for the same price as the 15 ft. . I did receive the discount. The gentleman’s accent was heavy and I had problems communicating with him. Because it was a gas station/ store he had to attend to other customers and it took 2 hour to complete the transaction. I would not recommend that location, but U-Haul as a whole is great
