The truck was not clean. I had to sweep it out before furniture could be loaded. Also, the pick up location was changed and Inwas not notified. However, Dakota Fuller was a delight to deal with. He made things right. Great customer service from him!

Got a U-Haul they charge me $12.82 to run my debit card only drove the U-Haul 30 miles so that should be 30 bucks!!! The rental of a 26 foot box truck is 39.99 don’t understand why I’m being charge $127 when I put gas in it myself And taxes were only $15 doesn’t make sense to me

It is extremely irritating that you enter all the reservation information into the system, and you have to do it all over again at the location. Why can't the reservation information translate directly into the location's computer? It would save 10-15 minutes. Your on-hand team didn't give me the blankets I ordered, and I had to make a return trip to the facility before I could pack.

I rented a truck and a vehicle trailer. When I arrived to pick up trainer to load my vehicle, I asked could they help me. The response was I bc of liability. They ended up talking me thru what to do, but caring more about liability than customer safety seems odd.

Train employees to not treat customers like they are lying. It is possible for people to forget to inform customers about some information sometimes. For example, I rented a Uhaul truck and the battery died when we went to drop off our first load at our storage unit. When I called to inform them that it had died and asked if I was going to be charged. He said I was going to be charged. And told me I was informed about th

Fix your app so it works! I was unable to pick up my reserved truck and dolly after hours and had to go back to the site the following morning, then had more trouble returning it that evening. This caused me a LOT of problems and stress with my move, and for all my trouble, I will be credited 20 cents per mile. Didn't waive the mileage or the cost of the dolly, just a $6 credit back. Your customer service is appalling horrible, and I will NOT use uhaul again. I'm so very sorry that I did this time. I hope your competitors take better care of their customers than you do. I'll find out and let you know, if you'd like.

We missed the 24 hr turn in time by 19 minutes and were charged for 2 days. I called the U-Haul center and spoke with "Jackie" about the situation. She spoke with Manager "Gage" and said that they would honor a 24 hr charge. Within 15 minutes , I had received a credit for the extra charges. Thanks to Jackie and Gage for taking care of this in a reasonable and quick/easy manner

I spent along time getting checked out. Got several calls while the truck was rented telling me I had the wrong key while it worked fine. Seven calls. I was accosted for returning the truck late even tho I told the check out person that I wouldn't return until a certain time. I rented a small trailer with the rate of 18.95 for a day. I picked the trailer up at 4:30 pm and returned it at 8:30 pm the same evening. (Watch the videos) I was then charged for 2 days for the trailer when I only had it for 4 hours. Called customer service about the charges and added that the guy that rang me up at uHaul was a complete jerk and was not friendly at all and would not make eye contact and was very short. He was also training another man and that is not the kind of training a new hire needs to see. The lady in customer service brushed my concern. Then informed me it would take several days for a refund, when it only took less than 24 hours from when I rented the trailer to charge me twice.

Customer service was horrible at 8th street in Rogers the guy was so rude. He told me to pick up the truck on Hudson ave. When I got there they didn't have any trucks, the lady asked me to go on New Hope road once I arrived there it was closed they supposed to close at noon and I was there at 11:30 other customers said they have been waiting for 2 hours and no one ever opened. These people drove all the way from Eureka springs for nothing. We all left because no one ever showed up. This place wasRussell Storage. Later, when I was driving back home, I got a message from uhaul to go pick a truck on 24th street. I drove all over town to finally get a truck. I made the reservation a day before and didn't help. Worse experience ever!

apparently when I dropped off the truck and blankets, I had been double charged for the blankets given to me and so this caused confusion for the employee where I dropped off the equipment. The problem with this location is that the only employee seemed to be a teenager that was not well spoken - he mumbled a lot to me. Then he did not know how to fix the problem, even after talking to his manager on the phone, a customer service agent, and finally the person that I rented the truck from at the original location. This young man did not need to be left there alone. I blame the management for leaving him "in charge" untrained and unprepared. poor experience.

The man questioned me when I did not return a appliance dolly rather than the smaller utility dolly. ( I returned the one I received ) His attitude was like he was interrogating me rather than asking a question. He refused take back my extra rolls of uhaul rope without a receipt. He had a bad attitude overall.
