Your prices are so bad. I did rented 15 feet truck. 2 days , and the prices for miles, no good. Before , you have certainly miles in town. Now is to much money. And less miles.

When a customer is quoted in amount over the phone or giving in writing we should be held to that amount I need extra fees when they come to pick up the truck maybe good for a very well-off people but people who need to rent a truck usually need to rent a truck because they’re not well off and an extra hundred dollars here and there could change their whole move your trip t I have to say this was a very bad experience for me with U-Haul I had to go to U-Haul office and Bentonville weeks before my trip I secured a truck I got a quote for amount in writing on a piece of paper I want to pick up the truck was a different amount they tried to charge me right then after they promised me they were going to charge me till I dropped off the truck and I made arrangements to give me some free days then they took back the free days then they sent me to another U-Haul then I spent close to two hours on the phone with three different people trying to get an amount that I can afford and I finally got that want to pick up the truck was in that amount at all thank goodness for a live with Camille and I love young lady I think Wanda I’m not positive I spoke Two at U-Haul that actually got me a truck that day

When I pulled up, no one came out to greet me. When I explained to the woman that I needed to just drop off the auto transport so then I could unload the uhaul, she told me to go park it at the back of the parking lot by the others. I told her I didn't know how to reverse a trailer and she told me to try. When I couldn't, she had me pull around to another spot that I could pull through. She seemed annoyed that I couldn't get the trailer straight in the parking shot. She unhooked the trailer and said it was checked in. She told me that I should get a refund since I had it for less than 24 hours. An hour later I brought the uhaul back to check it in. The same lady helped me again. She stated that there is no refund but couldn't explain why. The manager then came and explained that we paid for the uhaul and trailer as a package so even though we only used the uhaul for half of the time we paid for we will not receive a refund for the rest of the time. The manager told me that it was "out of my pay grade to refund anything" (were his exact words).

Uhaul needs to allow a better or lower cost option to drop at other locations. I had an auto transport for 2 of my 3 day rental ($206) and wanted to drop it at the location I was at, 10 hour drive away and they told me it would cost $600+ to drop it at another location. This is not customer friendly. I would call it a huge inconvenience and a scam to charge 3 times the rate.

I rented the truck for 1 day; However, we took longer than expected to move. I had to move a huge fish tank and it took longer than planned as usual. They had my card on file and could charge me for the days I used. They called me on the 2nd day and hung up as soon as I answered. Then they called my wife (emergency contact) and said that they were not able to reach me and were worried. They also told her I kept the truck past delivery date and I needed to return it immediately. Complete lack of customer service. If they would have called me I would have gladly told them that moving took longer than I was anticipating and it would be an extra day or two. I will not rent from this location again. Not until it’s under new management at least.



This UHaul facility is great. They were polite, the place is full of things you need to help your move.

The individual doing the drop off inspection was not friendly. He definitely didn’t want to be at work. I would recommend customer service training and follow up as this reflects on Uhaul. At minimum he could have said “hello” instead just walked around checking things and then after has everything entered in his device he asked my name. Another customer told me not to get in a hurry and advised of his experience earlier in the morning while picking up equipment. Maybe the worker was having a bad day, let’s hope so otherwise he will run off more customers.

I returned equipment a while ago and they forgot to check it in so I was continuing to be charged for it. Not once did my several visits to the location take less than 15 min. Scheduling was screwed up on my auto transport so I was delayed by a day on getting out and I had to go to the location across the street instead of where I ordered it from. I found out from the location across the street that them offering to load up my car into the auto transport for $20 was a way for them to have a side hustle and that it wasn't condoned by uhaul. Not to mention the side mirror in my uhaul wasn't adjusted up so changing lanes was strenuous.

I reserved a truck at location on J Street in Bentonville, Ar for 10:00am when I got to that location they didn’t have the size truck I reserved. I was told I had to drive to another town to get a truck and it was 12:00pm before I got the truck. I pre-checked in online to make things go faster but it was not fast or convenient to get the truck. I want the $50.00 it spoke of online. I shouldn’t had to drive to another town that truck should have been bought to the location I reserved it at. I have used many U-Haul trucks over the last 44 years and I have never been done this way before, this is no way to treat a customer.

The first big challenge was when I called the day before to confirm my "confirmation" and see if we could come earlier than the pickup time of 10,I was informed, "oh your truck won't be ready until 3".I said that's not going to work, my movers are going to be there at 10, and my confirmation slip says 10. I'll have to call you back, I never received a call back. So to say that I was stressed during the night "wondering" if I'd have a truck is the understatement. PLUS the morning of moving i got a text telling me where to go to pick up my truck-a FARTHER away place, so now I get to pay more in mileage. NOT very happy with this!
