Called numerous times, left messages in person and calls to corporate with no response, went in the office to discuss help when elevator was out and the woman behind counter walked out on me. Tried numerous times to speak to manager with no call back. I think it was the manager’s wife that walked out on me as she came back out with a baby stroller and left. We will find another location if we need storage.

I was able to get my things because staff hired help to get things down the stairs. I would thin UHAUL would take things a little more seriously at corporate especially with such a big facility. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the corporate office is failing their staff in this particular situation.

Then I waited again & the GM took over. At least he knew what he was doing.
