My check in was made very easy by the worker TAMARA VAUGHN . She was very helpful with the check in and other information about the storage . She has a lot of patience and great customer service skills . Definitely would recommend anyone to ask for her on your move in process .

There was a problem with the computer system in regard to the access card. The card would not work so we will have to come back next week and see if it works or get a new card.
