The times I’ve used UHaul in the past, they never had the truck I asked for and gave me a bigger size which was inconvenient and unhelpful. They also had a really confusing check-in process. This location had super quick, down to earth, service that made the process easy and unintimidating.
Claire FI was issued paperwork for a different unit than the unit I actually picked which turned into a huge mess after the unit was dropped off.
Todd VThis location was great, the staff at the other 2 locations were very nice as well, extremely helpful. The problem was the trailer I had confirmed was not at the location I was sent to even after I was contacted to change my initial pick up location, I was then sent to another location for a smaller trailer that wasn't there when I got there, then sent right back past the first location to a place just a short distance from the first location.
