The web based and app pickup were extremely frustrating. It wouldn't let me complete the pictures portion at pick up because it said my geolocation was off but I turned on location and all app permissions. I spent 45 mins trying to get it to work before having to just take the truck without the picture portion. Though I took my own pics just in case.
