Overall it was a great experience. One small note: I booked several weeks in advance and only received a call two days before stating the truck won’t be ready until 10am instead of 9am. We had already had the movers booked so it was inconvenient to change the times so late; I understand that things happen, but more notice would have been nice considering how far in advance I booked.
