#1. It should be required to send a confirmation email with details once reservation is booked!!!!! Extremely unhappy about how lost i was trying to navigate the reservation following booking. What might seem obvious to you is not obvious in the light of a move with 1000's of lose ends being navigated elsewhere. All I got from uhaul was advertising which I didn't need! I checked spam and everywhere in my email for confirmation and instructions, but just ads! I am pretty computer savvy and managed but was very displeased with the added frustration. Plus the app did not fully function and would not access my camera to log the status of the equipment prior to rental. It worked part of the time...like for the driver Pic, but not the equipment.
Jyoti IAnthony Buster is a rock star…that kid handled my early morning, pick-up like a champ… great customer service all the way around and communication was top-notch… I made sure to grab a card so I can call him directly the next time I need help moving anything👏🏼👏🏼
JASON SDropoff took 2 minutes - too easy.
STEVAN RThe customer service was 5 star. They were amazing. The vehicle I ended up in was an absolute pile of rolling crap. Their were no visors for blocking the sun, they were behind the seat. The Airbag light was on for the passenger side air bag, so my wife drove separately. The TPMS light was on. A/C didn't work for almost 250 miles of the drive. Door seals were essentially non existent so it was extremely loud, which was compounded by the radio not working for 90% of the trip. It would just turn on and off and flash so I just turned it off, on the second half of the drive I must have hit a big bump and it just started working. There was zero suspension left in the vehicle, so any bump felt like a loopy roll on a rollercoaster. Oh and to top it off the truck smelled like a damn ashtray. It was disgusting. Overall the vehicle needs to just be pulled over and burned in a ditch... Very unhappy about the vehicle.
