The interior of the cab had not been cleaned. Something had been spilled in the cup holders and on the center seat and head rest. It was sticky and had not been cleaned up.

maybe train the agent at location on how to speak to customers and women in particular. agent was extremely rude and was threatening theft of a equipment when the equipment was not even 24 hours late. And even lied about the equipment return.
Christy Bwe had a couple of problems but they helped resolve them. it was not their fault.
