The only reason we had to go to the Rolla location was because Minot was suppose to have the truck and car port available in Minot. They sent me an email one day prior to my move stating they didn't have my truck or car transport available. I reserved both 2 weeks prior to my move. This is unsatisfactory in my book. It's not like we were moving around the block, we were moving 1000 miles away. I had to scramble to get another truck and then my husband ended up having to go to rolla to get the car transport anyway. That was 4 hours added to our move. We will never use uhaul again. Penske was there for us every step of the way. They have friendly staff and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied! Even when we mentioned that the trucks service light came on, they gave us a $75 refund on our credit card.

Minot, nd made me go to Rolla after I flew up there. Stayed in touch with them for a week prior to that about my auto transport and 2 days before I got there it had a flat tire supposedly. The day I went there they had s car carrier hooked on someone's truck and said it wasn't mine. Terrible service from that division on Broadway

I was supposed to pick up this truck in Minot, ND.they made me drive 2hrs away to get this truck, Would not recommend uhaul to anyone! Very disatisfied with the service!

I am very disappointed that I had to drive 115 miles to pickup the trailer in rolls ND and then there was no pads .Minot ND location gave my reservered trailer away Not happy with u haul

Had to drive 5 hours round ttrip to pick up truck. Took another 45 min to pick up truck because the guy didn't know how to use a computer. Found out at the last minute that the truck "burns oil" and had to watch it closely as I crossed the country alone with a small child.

Horrible customer service coming out of Minot, ND where we originally reserved the trailer. They gave away our reservation then required us to drive 236 miles round-trip, at our expense, to go get a different trailer. Why have your customers make reservations if you do not honor them? Especially, in a town where Uhaul has a monopoly and there are literally no other options for trailers. Kaitlyn at the Fargo office was less than helpful and extremely rude considering it was Uhauls screw up. We were offered an upgrade to a moving truck at our expense (approximately $500 more for our trip plus the cost of gas). How kind! I will never use Uhaul again and I will discourage all of my family, friends and affiliates to avoid this company like the plague. I have also posted my experience on every public forum I can find so other people do not make the awful decision to do business with such a horrible company. Way to make an already extremely stressful situation terrible!

I reserved my uhaul almost a month in advance to pick up in Minot, ND. I got a call the day before saying we had to drive over 2 hours one way to pick up our uhaul. I was incredibly dissatisfied with the experience. I was however happy with Jerry at the Rolla uhaul. I will never use uhaul again. Such bad customer service and nobody was willing to help with the awful situation.

I was given a confirmation number for what purpose? The guy who was suppose to help me pickup the uhaul was unprofessional, rude, and not very knowledgable of the computer system. The workers need to be able to help people when they have questions! I think workers in smaller locations need more/better training!

Nothing. I had no problems.



They charged me more than what was quoted on-line. They gave me a different trailer than what I asked for (a bigger one).



We traveled at night and the headlights needed to be adjusted. Needed more gas than we thought it would need.
