SARAH BThe employee took almost 45 minutes to get me in the system. I wanted a small truck and I was put in an enormous truck that I couldn’t drive. I felt unsafe and I couldn’t park it or back it up. I am a 45 year old woman and have rented uhauls before (the small ones) with no issues. The price went from 60$ to almost 400$. I will not be renting another U-Haul. Awful experience all around. I returned it without refueling because I couldn’t find a gas station that I could actually fit in. Very scary situation. Scary and expensive

Letisha mThis location was almost 40 miles away from my reservation. I made the reservation over a month in advance and I couldn’t even get the truck size I asked for. It should have been on them to drive the truck to me.
