PUT THE KEY IN THE BOX. I had not key in the box of the uhaaul I rented. Had to call customer service waited over an hour for assistance because of incompetent workers at this location who did not put the key in the box
JOSHUA GYour website and app didn't work on Monday. Luckily the girl at this location was able to get me a truck to use. Your website and app SUCK !!I rent at least once a month and it takes me 20 minutes to get a reservation. I have to decline 20 things I don't want every time. It's just ridiculous and annoying. I should be able to click once and get the same truck I always get.
