Antonio EI'm not sure there's anything that could be done to improve on what was a great experience at this U-Haul location. I had reserved the pickup truck online the day before, so the wait was minimal and very fast! The U-Haul customer assistance/sales/rental agent onsite, Joanne Inouye was very professional, personable, friendly and expeditious in her role there. I hope I remembered her first name correctly! :p Last name is definitely correct because we talked about the two Inouye sisters I went to high school with years ago and thought she may be related, but no. lol.... Overall a great experience!!
Mark NSuper service, efficiency, clean vans, and a reasonable price, always. This is the only location we deal with satisfactorily and highly recommend.

GARY DNot have such a lengthy process when I have been a customer for YEARS and some new guy refused my debit card saying y'all don't accept it , then told me he needed to take a photo of me when I showed him my ID then said it's our last truck it's all ready, it smelled , there was tons of trash inside. And I had to clean it up for fear they'll think it was me. It was a very disappointing and dissatisfied experience and I have never had one here with the female staff that usually assisted whenever I rent.
CELESTE AJoanna checked us in and guided us thru the check in, Caesar took care of us on the return. Both professional with great attitudes and helpfulness.
NORMAN TNothing, because Joanne, Cesar and Nick from this U-Haul, these three did all these next things: Joanne checked me in quickly on a busy Wednesday of last week, February 18th, 2026 she was very well patient, prepared, and courteous to walk me through the process of renting the U-Haul van for my moving situation currently. Then on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Cesar and Nick helped us regarding to someone was planning to call up the towing company to tow away the U-Haul because that person was so grumpy and upset that he tells Cesar we parked and blocked his driveway when it wasn’t on the driveway. So, Cesar took his courtesy thoughtful call to call me to let me know the situation, which when we quickly arrived back to the U-Haul can we took two pictures regarding to the matter and went to this U-Haul for early drop off since we do not want to go through this again. Also, we thank Cesar and for Nick to be there to assist us to check through U-Haul van and told me what is the last thing after we return the key. So overall these three agents did what’s right and amazing job on assisting helping us!! Please continue to show your true efficiency and care to everyone that needs help when they come to rental services!! Thank you so much and I appreciate your support and your kindness!!

Azul HAfter I finished payment th Staff hand key to me and point outside of truck. I also rented appliance dolly. He just point telling me to get it . I walk to truck amd tried to open roller door. The key can't be open. I ask staff. He said just push harder I tried again. It didn't work. Finally he came out of cubicle and tried to help me . He realized he telling wrong truck. I tried right truck . But staff give me wrong key . I need to ask them 3 or 4 time to get correct truck . We are all human and we will make mistakes. But 3 or 4 times minutes in 20 minutes?
REX CI believe I was not completely at fault for backing into the canopy column, as the daytime lighting made the column difficult to see (the backup camera was completely blown out by the diffuse lighting from the sky). It would be advisable to mark the canopy columns with high visibility tape or cones.

Brandon ZWell, my drop-off was Sunday morning at 739 AM. I normally drop-off the vehicle at the front store patio as everyone else. Welm later when I received my credit card charge receipt I realized that I got some overcharges. I will stop by your office and dispute the extra charges.

ANTHONY ECustomer services is on point!! Ran into issues with the app (not loading/prompting error), but the U-Haul Team superstar was able to help us check out easily on their end. After a tough moving day - it was nice to have someone helping us, it made our moving experience end really well. Thank you Rosemead U-Haul! We will definitely return and recommend to friends/family.
