Person checking my vehicle in claimed that I damaged the truck. Only after defending myself did he look up the image records to show that the damage was there before I rented it. The first thing he should have done was look up the images instead of accusing me of damaging the truck. I’ve done business with this location before, but I will never rent from here again or ever recommend this location.
