Cintia was great...made a reservation to use to pickup merchandise just to discover that the item was not in stock so we had to cancel the 1st reservation. A few days later when the item was in stock, I called Cintia back and she had the truck available that same day. She was very pleasant through the whole process and the truck made our pick up of the item so much easier.
