App is a little difficult

Allen CThere was too much work to do to get get this truck that added more stress to an already stressful day. Internet signal horrible and app kept kicking me out.I provided alot of information prior to renting then had to basically do it again on the app. Thank goodness my brothers were with me. Then someone was parked in our spot when returning the truck. My brothers did a great job parking next to other trucks in a very tight area. I would suggest more room for parking to prevent damages while returning vehicle. Shorten the questions on application and not be redundant.
Michelle MI Refilled the gas before returning the truck but the still charge me for refilling. Called them but the didn’t care.
