Horrible overall pickup experience. I reserved my truck a week in advance at a location just around the corner from my house, which is supposed to have 24/7 self-service pickup. The day before my pickup I got a message saying my location has changed to a place about 3 miles away. Not too bad. My reservation was for 5pm pickup. We arrived at 5:10 and the location was closed, no employees in sight, and no self-service pickup. I had to call customer support and was told to pickup at Buxbear Storage, which was 30 minutes away from where I was. Buxbear staff was great, but the overall process of wasting over an hour of time and driving to a very inconvenient location really detracts from my overall pickup experience. At no time was I told the 2nd pickup location closed at 5, which was my confirmed pickup time.
