Just dropped off using mobile return. The place seemed cleaned and tidy. No human interaction here to comment. Good experience with truck and app overall.

Veronica Hi brought the vehicle clean, so why am I charged for a cleaning fee? do i need to wash the vehicle with a shampoo ??? i am very disapponted regards to getting a charge, which was unnecessary
MUSA KI am not giving stars on this rating as I have mixed emotions on this location 1, Hours of operation- I think unusual as this location opens at 10:30am for U-haul services. When most would like to start earlier than this to get moving maybe open earlier 2. Staff very friendly 3. Location in Roseville for pick up is excellent Because I cannot submit this without picking stars I will go in the middle
Mitzie SThere was sticky residue inside the truck, dirty outside, and it gave me an error message after only driving it maybe 10 miles. Plus the staff at the location was rude. The location hours were posted open until 6 PM. I got there at 5:40 and the woman was in the office looking at me talking to me on the phone but would not come out and help me. Instead, she made me do the entire transaction on the app. And said the U-Haul portion of the business was closed at 5:30.
