The add on of an appliance dolly was missing. The blankets added on were mildewed and foul smelling. There was only 1/4 tank of gas, which I replaced, but was charged for 3 gallons. The attendant was nice and helpful.

They blocked in the truck with like 6 cars, had to wait 15 minutes in the 97 degree heat while the owner shuffled cars around to let me out.
