Since we turned in the trailer two days ahead of schedule, though on a Sunday with Memorial Day to follow, it would have been nice to receive a refund for the days it was not in our possession. Not only were we instructed to pick it up a day earlier than we needed it but there was no credit issued for returning it two days ahead of schedule so it feels like we were overcharged due to circumstance. There is no point in online return if there is no advantage financially.Mary I.

Website did not work for being able to remote drop off the vehicle had to borrow a stranger's phone to do the drop off. Place was closed until the 16th of Oct so I had no option except to do mobile drop off. I had to switch locations to this one because the Maplewood location didn't have the equipment I needed. Yet the dolly and the blankets weren't even in the truck at this location! I honestly don't know why this location has U-Haul trucks. It's so cramped, so hard to get the truck in and out without hitting all the cars there for repair. Had no clue how to park it when I brought it back. Speaking of bringing it back.... I had a storage unit in Shakopee that had a U-Haul drop off with a space available to park the truck. And yet... when I called the lady told me I had to go all the freaking way back to Roseville after a really long day of moving. And it's not like driving these trucks is easy- and going on 35 with the construction was terrifying! And I would have been able to drop it off at Shakopee... if my location hadn't changed from Maplewood. Anyway. I'm super turned off by my experience with uHaul this time. Probably won't use uHaul the next time we move.Julia B.
I returned the truck after hours. Since the place is a car repair center, there were many cars around and just one spot to park. That spot was very hard to park because of improperly parked cars. Required a lot of maneuvering and additional assistance from one more person.Sampada B.

Seems like more of a drop off location. We did drop off after hours. Is an auto repair that shares with U-Haul. Not sure how many rentals they handle or have available. Was a convenient distance.diane N.

This was not my preferred drop off location as this was 10 miles further than one i requested. This place shared a automotive repair shop that i questioned if it was a uhaul store. The parking lot was full of cars for repair. Thankfully we could move the trailer by hand as the lot was small and very little space to maneuver a truck trailer combo. Finally, the rep did not officially complete the return transaction as I questioned him on my leaving and then receiving an email about the trailer not returned and being late the next day. It wasn't all the fault of this location but they shouldn't have taken the reservation if all items were not there. Was then sent to another there location who also didn't have my equipment that was also rude. Overall the experience was not good. Then once the equipment was returned I recieved a call from a woman at the drop off location who had an attitude about why I didn't return some of the equipment. I explained to her that I was never given the equipment and she should check the log because the corporate lady had marked that the equipment was not rented. Overall the only good part was the lady from corporate that helped me with the missing equipment and marking in the system.Matthew B.
The man who received the truck didn't speak English, which caused some worry and confusion (it also meant that the truck wasn't checked in until the next morning, even though it was returned during business hours.) Moving is stressful enough without having to call the next day to make sure the truck would be checked in as returned on time!GeneviÃ¨ve Y.

the process was not clearly outline to me. when i arrived ti pick up the vehicle, i was asked to provide all the same information that I already put in online. Also, the drop off location I selected online, was not available for the staff at the pick up location to select. We spent an hour figuring out what to do, before I called customer service myself to get it handled. Also, I was charged gas money, when I drove under 30 miles. I don't understand.Shawna Faith T.
This was a small dealer with little parking space. I wanted to use the Acorn Mini Storage dealer but was told I could not from the Uhaul rep that called me for the return destination. I found it odd that I had to use a return dealer and couldn't return it to any Uhaul dealer in the area. Very poor and weird service that I got here from Uhaul corporate center.Kou V.

This location was great! However, I was sent here because another location failed me. Setting my move back 3 hours and I had to pay someone to move me because my free help had to leave for work. I was promised a $50 credit and 3 days later I still don't have it.carla W.

Got a call from U-Haul on the drop off. The location didn't inform the system they had the truck I guess. I think they found it. I called the drop off location on the Monday after New Year's Day when I dropped it off to ensure they knew who I was and where I rented from initially. They said they would take care of it and understood I was dropping off from a rental in Winona. Guess that didn't get communicated or something.DAVIN A.

When I went to pick up my moving van, the place was closed. Apparently the owner had left to pick up part for a vehicle he was working on. The van windshield was very dirty. A warning light was on saying to service the van's airbag.Christopher M.

It was 90 degrees, we had moved all day and were extremely warm. The air conditioning did not work in the uhaul truck. It was NOT fun driving home after a long day of moving. We told the company/ A discount would have been appreciated and at the very least an apology for the inconvenience. That is very poor customer service in my opinion.Rebecca K.

Inconvenient location and extremely small parking area. Only two trucks so appears to be a sideline business. Had ordered furniture protector blankets and none were available. Staff was friendly and efficient.PAULETTE M.

The gentleman who checked us out was very friendly and helpful. I had previously checked out online to "save time" but it ended up taking quite awhile. There was something wrong with the computer program so the gentleman had to call a contact who informed him that others were having the same problem and how to get around it. Because neither the pickup time nor the location were consistent with my choices, this additional delay was frustrating. Finally, although the trucks were pictured with a ramp, the 10 foot truck does not have one; as a result I had reserved and paid for a dolly which I could not use. Had I known the truck did not have a ramp I would have rented a larger truck or found a company with 10 foot trucks with a ramp.ANNE B.

I figured would do everyone a favor by returning my one-way truck rental (coming from out-of-state) a day early, but the first attempt to return the truck did not go very smoothly. Unfortunately, there was not enough parking at the location when I took an hour off of work in the morning to return the truck. The attendant told me to come back later, so I had to find a place to park the U-Haul during the day--easier said than done--and return the truck in the evening after work. Luckily, there were enough parking spaces when I returned after business hours (the location was closed), and there was a clearly labeled drop box for keys. Still, the garage should try to ensure that there is enough parking for truck returns at any time and not inconvenience its customers in this way in the future!MARIE D.

I called before picking up the truck and confirmed that I would return it by 11 am the next day. 2 hours for a 24 hr rental. When I picked it up I was then told that it was due at 9am. This meant I had to cancel my movers at additional cost or not rent the truck at all. Since at that point I was 'stuck'.... -I had to just take it and lose several hundred dollars of help. Frustrated. If time is confirmed...it should be honored. Otherwise...great guys and good truck.MIKE S.
