Honour the reservation as booked instead of sending me to a location requiring two hours of travel to pick up the truck; make sure the drop off location has a key box so customers are not trying to chase down someone to take the keys - and then being charged an extra day because no one was at the location.
Jodi MUhaul should let customers know if pickup in their preferred location will not be possible at least 48hrs before. I was called about 18 hours to pick up to let me know pick up woud be in Fredricton, whereas I initially booked for Saint John. Fredricton was 1.5hrs away! That was so unfair and I am warning everyone to be wary of using Uhaul, they can be very disappointingly unpredictable
Asiyah AThe person at the desk made it clear that he doesn’t work for U-Haul and to take up any issues with U-Haul directly. Not entirely helpful. There was no dolly when I picked up unit but return location asked where it was.
