The computers were down so it took over half an hour in the office to get the truck. Also, the gas tank wasn’t full. We drove about 7 miles total but had to put in $30 to fill it up. The employees were friendly though.

Our order was supposed to come with an appliance dolly but it was not there.
Kevin WMake it abundantly clear that there are both a gate code and a back door lock code and have that somewhere accessible. I was waiting with the forklift guy for 30 minutes waiting to get that information from U-Haul customer support, who were helpful, but also weren't sure at all about what the code to the word lock was.
