The after hours pickup instructions did not list the location of the lock box or the code to open it. To get far enough away to take pictures of the truck required standing in 8 inches of snow. The sidewalk was not shoveled or around the lock box even after days since it had snowed

Tony SLetting the customer know where to find the key during off-hours would be very helpful. It would be nice if there was more the 1/4 tank of gas in the truck when it's picked up.
Kyle GLoved the ability to pick up and drop off 24/7 and verify live. However, there isn’t WiFi to be able to do this effectively. If this was fixed it would have been perfect. The check engine like was on in the truck. It did however, run just fine. No further concerns.
