The truck was clean and ran well, I was able to get exactly what I needed the same morning. The facility was clean. The staff there, the two ladies on the morning of June 11, we're friendly, helpful, and efficient; as I was having a very stressful morning it was nice to deal with two smiling faces who provided great customer service. I also like the online reservation system and online check in UHaul has, it makes it very convenient to just walk in and get a vehicle, also I DIDN'T HAVE TO SCAN A QR CODE (tired of that for everything).

Parking lot is absolutely too small for customers to park their vehicles and to add the rental trucks & vans in the same limited space is just asking for a fender bender! Really, someone needs to take a look at this.
Nicholas TStaff is wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to work with. I drive by 2 other UHaul places to come to them because they are such a pleasure to work with.
sandra cEverything was pretty good. The only couple things were that it was hard to take pictures of the Uhaul before using it, because of where it was located. There were scratches on the sides, which didn't bother me but I wasn't able to get a good picture of it before using the Uhaul which worried me a little, because I didn't want to get charged for damages I didn't cause.
Kyle MWe had a severe rudeness and professional problem with another uhaul prior to coming here. This location was an instant mood change for good. So grateful that they were kind and professional.
