I rented a truck and it didn’t have any air conditioning and I was very upset. I live in Tampa and it was above 90 degrees. It was a huge inconvenience. The process in getting the truck they put a 100 mile on it so you will get charged more until you return the truck and get reimbursed the difference. I didn’t see that before I rented that was an inconvenience as well. She bumped it down to 75 miles which was nice of her. She was nice with me checking in which I appreciated.

Good customer service
