Staff inside of the "storage location" were rude and dismissive. I came before closing time and the keys were in the drop box. TERRIBLE cell phone service at the location and had trouble for 20+ minutes trying to get the app to complete the photo check in. The staff were rude and dismissive, stating they had no control over the u haul AND mocking us. Very unprofessional. I'll never rent from this location again!!
