The experience working with the U-haul website and app was HORRENDOUS. The app and website was constantly timing out or freezing or closing out. It’s flabbergasting for a company the size of U-HAUL to have technology that is so shoddy. Really disappointed in the experience trying to interact with your app and website. Shocked and disappointed. Other than that, it was a good experience with the location and can I rented.

Customer service was not as expected, had to wait about an hour after checking in to actually receive the key. I never received code to get key from lock box and there were no employees in the office at the time. There additional time it took for me to receive the key was very inconvenient.
