Chantal WPick up was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me before leaving the facility. Only thing I wish was different, was the advertising. I initially reserved a 10 ft truck, but did not realize it doesn't have a ramp. Thanks to the attendant for bringing this to my attention, upgraded to a 15 ft truck.
