Joe went above and beyond, I actually told him he does his job great. I had a 5 star experience.
DOUGLAS Li had never past due balance and i add my employee as a driver and she had due balance and the didint rent me uhaul and i have to paid employee past due then i get u- haul.because that past due balance saw on my account after that .so i have to paid that .that 's not fair u-haul policy.
