I was initially displeased with the online reservation process (selecting a preferred pick up location, but ultimately being dispatched another one), but the dispatcher was accommodating and we ultimately compromised on this location. Service was brisk and efficient, they did not try to up sell services, and I was in and out quickly.

The pickup truck only had a 4-prong trailer connection. The 10' Box truck had an 8-pin connector but the 2" ball was welded onto a tongue on the bumper. There was no receiver and the ball couldn't be replaced. So while the trucks were clean and drove well, neither was equipped for the towing application I needed, i.e., 2.375" ball and an 8-pin connector. Seems like it would make sense to have every truck equipped for universal applications.

My U-Haul pick up location was changed without my permission. I had to pay extra for millage since the new pick-up location was farther from my home. This was horrible customer service.

Me and my co-workers were the first ones to arrive at 6:30 in the morning to ensure that we would be first in line to get out of there since we have a busy day we were first to arrive 35 minutes after we arrived your representative is ready to assist but take the person who arrived after us I thought that was disrespectful the only customers there was myself and this other person so there was no doubt who was there first I've never thought of myself racist but your representative was Hispanic and the customer that he chose over us what's Hispanic I was 1 hour late for my appointment because of this I will never come to your location ever again because of this

We came here after waiting at the Florin location for THREE hours for the truck we reserved to be returned by the previous customer. We had an 8 am reservation and the previous customer was supposed to return the truck the previous night. If it hadn’t been for the great experience we had at the 65th location, I was ready to say Uhaul had lost my business for good due to the awful/ complete lack of customer service we received at the initial Florin location.

I've been a long time customer of Uhaul, renting primarily cargo and utility trailers over the years for a multitude of needs. I have normally had a very good experience at most locations. However, at this location, when questioned about providing a secondary phone number, I did not have one and I didn't want to give a random number of a friend or someone who has nothing to do with my rental and doesn't want to be bothered with Uhaul calls in any shape or form. I was hassled by the employee about this even though I explained I have rented dozens of items and not once was I ever required to provide this information when I explained my situation. The worker then became visibly annoyed and upset and canceled my reservation that I already set-up the night prior, accused me of swearing at him even though I did no such thing, then turned around and walked away from me to help someone else. It was extremely rude and condescending. I then provided him with a secondary phone number and he proceeded to call it on the phone, basically accusing me of being a liar as if I had given him a fake number. I told him that was extremely unprofessional to call the number and that I already didn't want my friend/family to be bothered. He then said he wasn't going to help me. I asked for the manager and he slammed a business card of the manager down and again, walked out of the room. Two other employees standing by witnessing this did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. This was all in front of other customers watching too. Very embarrassing and unprofessional all around. I'm already late for hitting the road at this point, and am calling the manager on my phone "CJ". He promptly got back to me. Upon explaining the situation, he remedied it and all of a sudden the other two employees became helpful. However, since my reservation and check-in were rudely canceled prior, I had to re-enter everything all over again, basically wasting the time I spent the night before to make sure I had everything taken care of. The other employee never apologized and never appeared again. A new employee, this black guy, was extremely helpful and friendly. I have the feeling if he wasn't new, he would have done more to remedy the situation. He was easy going and the only professional one in my opinion in the store. I was really disappointed in my experience and found it to be condescending, rude, abrupt, and extremely unprofessional as well as a time waster and lack of value. I had a 24 hour rental yet I dropped it back off with a different employee just 8 hours later and had him email me the receipt. The next day, around 11am, CJ, the manager called me again, asking where the trailer was and if I needed more time since I didn't bring it back?! I told him I brought it back the night before and an employee checked it in and emailed me a receipt. It seems they don't know what's going on at this location, have rude and unprofessional employees, and could use some serious improvem

I used the online service to see the available vechiles. I walked in the store shortly after and the online inventory was not accurate. The employee working gave no explanation and was very defensive. I showed him the inventory online and he said "Do you think I'm lying to you?" The location was convenient for me but I'm inclined to never use that location again after that experience.

The only issue is that one cannot turn left out of the location, necessitating a U-Turn at the stoplight. Technically, turning left into the location is a traffic violation - crossing over a yellow to double yellow
