I rented the truck on line and when my brother arrived to pick it up he was swimming in more paperwork while I had people waiting. I could have done all of that paperwork on line. That was a disappointment. And what is a “vehicle license recovery fee”? We didn’t “lose” the license! If the Goodrich location had the truck I wanted I could have save $ on mileage
