It was difficult finding someone to assist me upon arrival. No instruction or information was provided during the process. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Desperately needed a wash, even if only on the outside. Little to no instruction on how to operate the vehicle. This was a hybrid vehicle, keyless entry\operation. I had not driven a keyless vehicle prior to this. Had trouble locking and unlocking doors. I am accustomed to having the distributor walk around the vehicle to make note of any dings, dents or scrapes. So as not to charge me for damage I am not responsible for. This was not done. The employees did not seem interested in customer service. It felt like this was a part of their business that they were not particularly interested in spending time on. All of the other U-Haul vehicles were not taken care of either. I do not intend being a repeat customer.

It was easy to get the truck and keys with the online method. I asked for a dolly but there wasn't one in the truck. The cab of the truck was very dirty, I included that in my pictures and comments upon picking up. When I dropped it off the app asked if it was clean enough for another family to rent and I answered no. Well it tried to charge me 25 for cleaning even though I had documented the mess before picking up. So I had to go back and say the truck was clean enough for another family. It is not! You need to contact this location and have them clean the truck.

BRITAN AVery disappointed, the vehicle was very dirty, had only a half tank of gas. I was charged a cleaning fee when the vehicle was dirty. Had no radio and drove terribly. Will not recommend. Customer service was really poor, too.
