More of a heads up to what is expected at pick up and drop off. Photos of the front, back, inside, etc. was not really disclosed. But the pick-up was seamless.

Confusing to enter, hours online were inaccurate, they wouldn't provide confirmation of drop off, called customer service at 800 number and actually got help...
BRITAN AVery disappointed, the vehicle was very dirty, had only a half tank of gas. I was charged a cleaning fee when the vehicle was dirty. Had no radio and drove terribly. Will not recommend. Customer service was really poor, too.
