I phoned ahead to make sure a truck was available. However, apparently I called a different place from where I actually went to get the truck...which confused me a bit because it was a furniture store...but it had UHaul trucks out front so I assumed I was at the right place. After some back and forth with Sam, he confirmed he had trucks for rent. It was actually a fun experience since Sam has a keen interest in economics which is also my background. We didn't get into the details of monetary policy or the new Fed chair but we kibitzed about overall national policy. It was a fun experience. Oh, and the truck rental worked out great....easy in and out, great truck, and fair price. Good times.

I did an early morning pick up and used the app. While inspecting the truck I noticed 2 homeless people in the back of the truck I had to wake them up and tell them to get their stuff out. When I told this to the person, I handed my keys to when I got back. He was very nonchalant about it and didn’t even apologize.
Kenneth BI am not happy with the charges that were made on my account, when I returned the truck clean and at the same gas amount I had when I picked it up. I was charged a cleaning fee, for I don't know what and nearly $90 for gas. I had to call and beg for a refund on the gas error and was told I would get a credit. I'm still waiting. No credit for the so called cleaning fee, which was inaccurate as well. Disappointed = (
