My main gripe is with U-Haul changing my reservation less than 3 hours before pickup. The pickup location didn’t matter as much as the drop off and per U-Haul it has to be the same place. That’s BS! The truck itself was not in good shape, the cup holder was broken and the radio was ineffective. The app description of where to obtain the key was ineffective. There is a separate place for key pickup and drop off. I recommend placing a sign at the drop off key ox, which is somewhat visible, to point out the key pickup is at another building. Overall the whole experience was bad.

I'm old and I appreciated the help I received from your employee, although I never got his name. Whoever worked the day shift on Jan 16th. He had me ready to go in no time, and when I got back that afternoon I received the same prompt service.
steven bThis was a good overall experience. When I picked up the vehicle, I forgot the email sent to me had a link to take pictures before leaving the site. I remembered when I go home. My only suggestion would be to incorporate the process of taking pictures as part of the pick-up process.
