The man was rude. Was a smart ass when I ask a question. My reservation was at 10 am, I was driving up to the location at 10:09 when he called and rudely said, are you still coming to get this truck? After 9 minutes you are being rude. Quoted me the wrong price, even after me asking several times if it was the total. Truck was clean but the ride was rough and it rattled like it was going to fall apart. Appliance dolly strap was broken so it was useless. I will be needed another Truck in the near future, and although this location is convenient, I will be going somewhere else.

George NOnly reason I’m rating 1 star is because $220 is ridiculously expensive for 6 hours of renting a U-Haul. Please call or text me to discuss refunding $120. But know we are disputing the double charge on the credit card.
