I've already filed a complaint I'm not typing it all over, but in short at the location, they didn't have everything I needed which delayed me from starting on time, but they wouldn't extend my U-Haul with no extra money on top of that. The person who worked at the front desk seemed to be racist how he responded to me and walked off in my face yet there was another customer in there which he talked to way differently and stood there and gave them his full attention and I know there's cameras in the location that can clearly show that I didn't go in with the attitude or anything. I simply just asked him a question of do they have the dolly because I picked up last night and it wasn't in There.
