Well, customer service is below average! The price of 19.95/15/and I drove 5 miles and my bill was over $50!

No issues with the location at all! However the enclosed trailers NEED to have the jacks installed to help lift the trailers of the hitches! I struggled for almost 20 minutes to get the damn thing off! I could have seriously hurt myself! I also was just moments away from leaving with the trailer and having to keep it all week til I could return during business hours on Saturday! I reckon that would not have made U-Haul very happy! I am supposedly awaiting a return phone call from the region market president regarding this issue! I look forward to hearing from him! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Mike BThe man was rude. Was a smart ass when I ask a question. My reservation was at 10 am, I was driving up to the location at 10:09 when he called and rudely said, are you still coming to get this truck? After 9 minutes you are being rude. Quoted me the wrong price, even after me asking several times if it was the total. Truck was clean but the ride was rough and it rattled like it was going to fall apart. Appliance dolly strap was broken so it was useless. I will be needed another Truck in the near future, and although this location is convenient, I will be going somewhere else.
